Integration of new software modules for CNC in high work volume Milling Machine

  • New software modules are related to adaptative control, autotuning of linear axis and others (to be assured during the project development) and will be property of Siemens and Fidia.
  • Also software modules developed by WZL + Siemens related to guideways wear monitoring and thermal compensation could be tested.


Specification of software modules of Fidia to be integrated in Standard Milling Machine with Fidia CNC; specification of software modules of Siemens to be integrated in Rapid-30 milling machine (before July 2007) and in Demonstrator (from end of 2007 to the end of the project).
